The Department for Environment and Water's Flows for the Future (F4F) is a globally innovative program that works collaboratively with landholders in the Eastern Mount Lofty Ranges (EMLR) to restore critical environmental flows to counteract a decline in catchment health, which has been detrimental to both communities and the environment.
While F4F is guided by low flow policy, ongoing community involvement is the key driving force behind the program’s success in restoring critical environmental flows to sustain healthy catchments.
