We set up Xcode and test Swift language. This tutorial also demonstrates how we can install Xcode 12.1 with “not enough disk space available” error message. The procedure is simple and follow these steps: 1. Your internal drive MUST HAVE MORE THAN 40 GB SPACE. Remove ALL Xcode from Application directory. Empty your internal drive using these paths as given below: 2. Download Xcode 12.1 (on internal or external drive) from apple developer site after sign in or use this link: https://developer.apple.com/download/all/?q=xcode 3. Unzip Xcode from Download folder if it is downloaded internally. Check whether the message “not enough disk space available” is pop up. If the message is pop up, copy Xcode 12.1 (or higher version) on an external drive. 4. While unzipping, make sure YOU MUST HAVE MORE THAN 300+ GB SPACE on external drive. If so, unzip it. Finally Xcode.app will be generated. 5. Copy the Xcode.app into APPLICATION directory and launch it.
