Foals - Glaciers
Foals is a quintet from Oxford. The music they create is a mixture of indie rock, art rock, math rock and post punk (alright, i find it difficult to put a simple label on good music!). Their debut album, "Antidotes" was released on March 24, 2008 and it was a big success in the UK. From that album, the song "Olympic Airways" was released as a single on October 6, 2008, both in CD and 7" vinyl physical formats. The CD single was backed with an astonishing progressive track that could be an outtake from Radiohead's Kid A/Amnesiac sessions . The track was titled "Glaciers" and it cannot be found in any other release by the Foals up until now (spring of 2012). I hope you will enjoy this rare track, it's a true musical gem!!! Let the journey through the white emptiness of space begin... Glaciers // written by Foals * produced and mixed by Yannis Philippakis and Oli Hoaton (this upload is dedicated to Yodashe and K.A.K.T.) -------------- Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
