Focus Rollout 2025 Trailer

From idea to prototype – and maybe even to the Moon! Autonomous robots for land, water, or lunar missions, an AI-powered cage system for lab mice, and next-generation propulsion systems for aircraft, race cars, rockets, and pods – around 100 Bachelor’s students from the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering at ETH Zurich have spent two semesters developing innovative focus projects in 11 dedicated teams. They took full ownership of the process – from the first concept and design studies to securing sponsors and building functional prototypes.
