The Foothills Parkway is just off of the Dragon's Tail. This is a gentle ride. This reminds me of the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are some nice overlooks. This video takes you through the parkway at 2 times speed. I give the parkway a 3 out of 5 overall. It is a little high, but I give extra credit for the nice overlooks and the ease of access to them. I give the Foothills Parkway a 2 out of 5 for complexity and danger factor. It is worth riding. Do stop at the overlooks. Beep! Beep!
