This song is dedicated to my late great grandparents Patricia & Fred Schüssler, who are pictured in the songs artwork. One day, ill find, that you are gone, ur gone Day one, Ill stand, now you are gone, ur gone, forever Ur pure stary skys beam shadows into my eyes few realize Ur conection so unseen Means the world unto ur dream, cant it be I loved my time with you Memories unwind with you I sympathize with you I do, forever Holy like a saint Soft singing delightfully, glad to see Hardy like good paint Makes an image within my brain, how insane Gracefull angle like Looks like heaven in your eyes, you realized Wondefull, luliby Off a boat and still survived, what a life A few years back Fred, or as I knew him, Oldefar, told me a story. After he told me I quickly wrote down what said. This is what inspired the "Off a boat and still survived" Line. He was on the Høegh Arrow next to the lifeboats with his watchmate then in beetween Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic when a big wave came and he was not conected to anything so he was pushed off right into the water he watched the boat just sail away when past the horizon but his watchmate saw him with benoculars and he got the ship to turn around (it took 6 miles) and then his watchmate threw a life saver to him and saved his life once he got back on the captin came and said "get back to work"
