In this session, I explored the meaning and process of forgiveness—emphasizing that it’s ultimately about you and your relationship with God, not the other person. I shared that while the act of forgiveness can happen in a moment, even without an apology, the process takes time, patience, and intentional effort. I encouraged everyone to acknowledge their pain, reflect on their emotions, and make a conscious choice to release resentment and bitterness. I also reminded viewers that showing love toward those who’ve hurt us is a powerful sign of true forgiveness.
