In this week's exercise I show you a variation of the bind and release we have been working with. It is still fairly simple and if you have been practising your form drawing, you should be able to follow along.
If you are finding it hard - don't loose heart or be discouraged. Just go back to some of the previous videos and practise those forms again, before you come back and try your hand with this one.
