https://grith-stagaard-art-therapy.ck.page/d22cbd36f0 In this video I'll show how you can do form drawing exercise sitting at a table instead of standing. I normally show this exercise to my clients standing by a blackboard with a piece of chalk, but I realise that most people won't have that kind of luxury at home, so I decided to show you how you can do it on paper and sitting instead. The important thing here is to make sure, that you work on as large a sheet of paper as you can. A4 is not big enough. Honestly. As I explained in my last video the reason is that your movement is too restricted if you work on an A4 size. Form drawing is all about creating movement. An A2 size of paper is ideal. If you can't get hold of a sheet A2 then buy a roll of paper from IKEA, like I am using in this video. The roll of paper from IKEA is cheap and perfect quality for the purpose. You'll find the roll in the kids department with all the other art and craft supplies. A soft pencil or dark crayon will do as a drawing implement if you don't have a piece of graphite Enjoy :-D
