Forms and techniques how does shomenuchi ikkyo work

Shomenuch Ikkyo, how does it work? In this video I will be talking about one of the most common Aikido forms, Shomenuchi Ikkyo. This is the Omote version and I will explain what Aikido techniques are in the form of Shomenuchi Ikkyo Omote waza.
