Des Moines Police Department Chief of Police Dana Wingert and his officers wished Tyler a Happy Birthday at the Angels in the Outfield game at the Miracle League of Iowa Field on Tuesday night June 16th. Tyler has a special relationship with officers from the PD. This special event bring volunteers from the Des Moines Police and Fire departments to participate in a baseball game with handicapped children. The volunteers run, pitch and bat alongside the children.
