Network synthesis
step 1- find the network by plotting pole zero plot
poles - equate denominator=0
zeros - equate numerator =0
if alternate poles and zeros are on imaginary axis- LC network
if alternate poles and zeros are on negative real axis with POLE as the first element- RL network
if alternate poles and zeros are on negative real axis with ZERO as the first element -RC network
step 2- find degree of numerator and denominator
step 3- if degree of numerator less than denominator do partial fraction otherwise do long division then reduce the degree and then do partial fraction
step 4- if you are getting negative value for the coefficients then replace impedance function by multiplying throughout by "S" in the denominator
step 5- do partial fraction find the coefficients
step 6 eliminate the term "S" from denominator
step 7- write the impedance function
step 8- draw circuit from impedance function
