Foundation damaging deck- Getting jacked up

The nerd that built this deck used a total of SIX 1/4" tapcons to attach 16' of ledger to this home. They all eventually snapped under the weight. The deck was directing rain and snow directly up against this home's foundation, resulting in a professional being called in to address the issues. We went thru and made the deck right. Jacked up back to level, rebuilt some stairs, replaced some rotting planks. New stain and the customer was ecstatic about the results. Thanks for watching my channel. I love you guys.
