These sequences are the warm ups in Flexibility Flow. There are some modifications for gentler and harder practice apart from what are shown in the video. I teach them all in my workshops.
In Flexibility Flow, we just keep our movement continuous. It is unnecessary to break the flow to make your pose perfect because, here, there is no pose and whatever you do is perfect. The most important thing is to flow smoothly.
Flexibility practice is done after this sequences and it's followed by more advanced sequences.
