Oct. 31, 2022 ABL American Smooth Foxtrot bronze level. Thank you Susan for the assist. We worked on our right turning box. We spoke about the importance of the swing energy and sway technique. We then did a review of previous steps. We did the basic 6 count, left rock turn, zig zags, zig zags outside partner, grapevines, one hand hold grapevines and left turning box. Lesson was taught by Jym Cole.
