I helped "RC-Concepts.com" to test these tracker boards, they are based on the ibcrazy tracker circuit that Alex (ibcrazy) came up with. There are some changes to the components, to make the servo turn at the same speed for both directions. Other than that, they all work the same. The braitenberg concept is still widely used today for University Projects by tertiary students.
