Growing up, coaches teach how to frame to get called strikes. Little do they know, they're only hurting the catcher's chances of getting more called strikes. It's not only annoying to me, it's annoying to umpires whenever catcher's make the obvious called "ball" in attempt to make it a strike.
In this video, my friend Chet and I break down the art of "Receiving" a ball, in other words "Sticking " the ball to make a what may be a border line call become a "STRIKE!"
