This is explains a brief background of Operant Conditioning, Types of Reinforcement, Schedules of Reinforcement and Reinforcement vs. Punishment. It is NOT my PPT, but, unfortunately, I am unable to access the computer with the original author's information. It is not exciting, but will hopefully help explain some of the concepts.
