Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital on 21st December surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his first wife Sheila and his sisters Rosemary and Kitty. Fran will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Carol, sons Malcolm and John, daughter Rebecca, grandsons Mark and Fionn, sister Clare, brother Peter John, extended family, and friends.
