I have 5 tips and tricks here for you in this video.
1. Start at the beginning, and do most of the sections. You can skip some heavily outdated stuff though. I recommend these sections... It’s also fine to skip the projects if you think you aren’t ready.
2. There are a bunch of keyboard shortcuts right in the editor that will make your life easier.
3. Become a better typer first. Be able to type 40 words per minute minimum. It shouldn’t take too long with some dedicated typing practice. The website that helped me the most was keybr.
4. Please! If you get stuck, use the forums. If that doesn’t help, use google!
5. And finally tip number 5, Supplement your learning with CodeCademy too. Especially when you get to the React section.
