In this song, I’m describing a journey of freedom, escape, and self-discovery. The open road represents my need to keep moving, to breathe, and to find out who I really am. The dust, the highway, the dawn, and the strangers all symbolize the unknown parts of life. I’m chasing something, but I’m not completely sure if I’m running away from the past or running toward myself. The song carries both freedom and loneliness. I feel alive on the road, but I also feel the weight of memories, goodbyes, and questions that still follow me. For me, this song is about searching for meaning while moving through life — not having all the answers, but still racing forward, hoping that somewhere along the way I’ll find myself.
