This week has been time to audit my freezers in readiness for a 'big' shop on supermarket pay day weekend next Friday.
I audit and defrost my small and 'large' chest freezers with you ... and tell you what is in the medium one that I defrosted earllier this week.
The amount of protein is high ... but I'm surprised at how little salmon I found ... I thought there was much more.
I'm adjusting my shopping list to top up on salmon and maybe a bit of bacon.
