In this video I show you how to do frequency response analysis in MATLAB Simulink using linearization approximation. In the previous video I showed how to do impedance measurement using impedance measurement block and state space method, but those methods only work when you use blocks from Simulink library. However, in some cases your model has components from Simscape library and so the previous method do not work. In the next video I will show you how to do simulation based frequency response estimation to validate the results obtained by linearized model or to obtain the frequency response when a non-linear component is in you model and when the lineaization approach does not work properly.
