This demonstration rig has been used at many boat shows over the years as well as for training and sales purposes. The water in the fish tank can be set to any temperature, and is cooled by operating a pump under the direction of the thermostat that circulates it through an air cooled heat exchanger hidden in the base. The water is naturally heated by the Keel Cooler as it adds the heat that has been removed from the cabinet to the water.
