From Pledge to Practice: Interoperability that Powers SDOH Referral Loop Closure

This webinar, hosted by Bailey and featuring Dawn Carter and Dr. Holly Miller from Centauri Health Solutions, focused on interoperability in healthcare and its role in addressing social determinants of health (SDOH).
