You may want to make a cut on the paper for easy removal or make tabs on the heat tape. Check your mug press user manual for specific time and temperature. Remove paper immediately after pressing, do not use your fingernails as the coating is delicate while hot. Tearing the paper may be easier than picking at the heat tape. Pressing: 350 Mode 1 380 Mode 2. Countdown of 60s. May need to pull early as we did because our mug was initially cold and took a bit longer to reach Mode 2 for the countdown. The ink dye then bonds with complex polymer molecules in the coating/polyester and cools looking the color in place.
