Aasted FrozenCone® technology The original, patented method for cold-pressing chocolate. Whether you are interested in the production of centre-filled articles for assortment boxes or straight shells such as surprise eggs for toy containers, the FrozenCone will provide the perfect shells. Aasted FrozenCone® technology is the original, patented method used to cold-press chocolate. This technology creates the perfect shells with our special seal technique and is ideal for high precision moulded chocolate products. Furthermore air dynamic cones, specially developed for this purpose, ensures that all shells in the production are perfect. The independently suspended plungers compensate for any inaccuracy in the moulds and in the deposited mass volume. Also, excess mass is totally eliminated, thanks to the innovative, patented rim plate.
