Recipe:
250 gr of butter, room temperature
250 gr of white sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of allspice
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
500 gr of mixed dried fruit, colorful variety looks best
50 gr toasted coconut
200 gr chopped walnuts and almonds
200 gr of flour (regular or gluten-free)
100 gr of almond flour
Bake regular without fan at 300 - 320 F for 1 1/2 hour
