Fruits 1 cups currants 1 cup raisins 1/2 cup mixed peel 1/2 cup cherries 1 cups prune 3 cup black wine Ambrozine's facebook contact https://www.facebook.com/ambrozine.lewis.77?mibextid=ZbWKwL Recipe for cake 8oz or 1 cup unsalted butter(room temperature) 1 cup sugar 4 eggs(room temperature) 1/2 of a lime zest 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 cup browning(more for a darker color) 2 cups of all-purpose flour-added to flour 2 teaspoons baking powder, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder, and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg I baked it for 1 hour and a half at 275 degrees with a baking pan full of water under it. Insert knife or toothpick when it comes out clean. It's finished. Your stove may bake it differently. My stove at the new apartment is terrible. You can soak your cake once a week and can freeze it.
