Holden Commodore VZ 2005 Alloytec fuel injectors replacement (car had done 177,000km and never had injectors replaced or cleaned) Spark plugs also replaced at the same time. Bosch Black Fuel injectors 0280156131 AC Delco Double Platinum Spark Plugs 41-814 Ignore the second OBD warning, P0352 Ignition coil, that’s when the coils were tested by removing and trying in other cylinder. The car was driven for about 2 weeks on 5 cylinders while waiting for injectors to arrive. It struggled up steep hills and would struggle to go over 80km/h. 1) “Check Powertrain” came up on the dashboard, engine running rough but still drivable 2) OBP2/CAN scanner shows “P0202 Injector 2 - Circuit Malfunction”, indicating Cylinder 2 injector has trouble 3) Checked the cables, like fuel injectors block plug at back of engine, all okay. 4) Tried swapping coils, and checked spark plugs in that cylinder. Same issue. Spark plug of this faulty cylinder was more dirty than the others, indicating possible injector issue. 5) Tried injector cleaning fluid into the fuel tank. Actually, after that the dashboard warning went away and car came back to normal. But then next day same issue started again. 6) Ordered replacement fuel injectors, and this video shows how to replace them. 7) After removal of the old injectors, they were tested with a multimeter. The faulty one measured 170-300 Ohms, the others 12 Ohms (after searching online it seems 12-17 Ohms is correct range). In hindsight, you could test each injector without removing any engine manifold. Just unplug the injector block plug from back of the engine and use a multimeter (resistance/Ohms) to test each pin, there's a pin for each injector - search online for the pin to injector number.
