Full circle
It’s not unusual for our Everllence colleagues to work here for twenty, thirty, or even forty years. At the same time, Everllence is always welcoming new talent; it's part of the cycle of talent that keeps us vital. Engineers Johannes Flarup and Niels Kjemtrup started their careers in our two-stroke business in Copenhagen in the 1980s. Over the ensuing years, they travelled the world and were involved in many of the technological breakthroughs of our two-stroke engine business. But before they turned in their laptops and ID cards and began their retirement in Spring 2026, we asked two of our newest engineers, Anna Myken and Jelena Sunka, to interview them and share their thoughts about engineering, R&D and 'life after Everllence'.
