FDR) is a process when pavement and underlying materials are uniformly blended and processed to creat a stabilized base course with the addition of add-rock, lime, fly ash, cement, bituminous, etc. By addressing the entire cross section, FDR is able to correct the deepest of surface failures and cracking.
