This is for the re-spooling of welding wire, to re-spool wire from metal bobbin D800 size to plastic spool SD300, or D 270, D200. Wire diemeter: 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm. Winding speed: 25-30 meters per second it can finish one spool by 2 miniutes, and actually production capacity 26-28 spools per hour. and Operatiom: fully automatic with plastic exchanging, fully automatic with wire hook and cut, fully automatic with finished spool transporation.
