Game for Gundogs

A video explaining the 'what and how to" of using live game for training gundogs, mostly about training pointing dogs. Made nearly 30 years ago, I shot this mostly single handed. If the subject is moving but the camera isn't, it was shot by positioning the camera on a tripod, setting it rolling, then by completing the action within frame. If both the camera and subject are moving, I had a cameraman, either Alan Scott has has been a good friend for years, or Georgina Oram. It was edited by myself on a BVU 3/4" three machine edit suite, transferred to DVCAM tape, then transferred again to digital. If anything went wrong with the equipment, I had to repair it myself with help from technicians over the telephone. (No Youtube or electronic communications back then). I had a long list of technicians in my address book I could call on so I would not annoy any one individual too much (but I probably did!).
