To exchange the drive unit, it's just three simple steps:

- Remove the bowl
- Exchange the drive unit

Unlike conventional separators that rely on inefficient conventional motors, clutches, and belts, the new GEA marine Separator features an integrated direct drive. This provides ship owners with numerous advantages.
With servicing now taking 30 minutes to 1 hour every 2 years, compared to 6 to 8 hours every year previously, the time savings are considerable.
