Check out my digital store at: https://gumroad.com/poptoogi So this is an animation I made a couple of years ago when I was introduced to K-pop (Korean pop) music and really just fell in love with it! Can't speak a lick of it but it reminds me of old school 80's pop which I also love with no shame!!! There are a lot of K-pop artists I like but in particular I really enjoy BigBang and this one known as So Nyuh Shi Dae or Girls Generations music. I was really trying to learn Anime Studio at the time and I had the bright idea of "Oh I should try animating one of their videos...." So of course I picked a video with a 9 girl group dancing....SMART..... I did this to challenge myself to see if I could animate multiple characters, have them DANCING and lip sync them ALL in a language I don't speak! Go big or go home right? LOL! Anyway, this was posted on my other youtube channel which I haven't used in years and I thought I'd put it on my main channel. One reason being, I wanted it somewhere I could find it and two I want to share it with other animators! No need to critiqe, it’s a pretty much a test video and I KNOW FULL OF MISTAKES!! There are tons of errors, lots of floating characters and a whole list of other things that don't work with it but... I'm still very proud of the fact that I completed it and I think I did an o.k. job of matching the dancing and the positions of the girls pretty well! I put the original in the top left corner so you guys could see the reference. If only I would have had target bones back then!! I'm going to try and learn from my mistakes and create another animated music video and see how much better I can make it!
