Gemlux Latch Install Tutorial

In today's video, I’m updating the latches on our boats to Gemlux compression latches! I’m updating these latches in a 27' Contender offshore boat as well as the latches in a 2170 Blazer Bay inshore boat. When installing latches or other stainless steel hardware in a boat it’s important to bed that latch. This involves putting silicone in between the latch and fiberglass. This keeps rust stains from showing up.
