The finishing touches of my generator project. I built a platform to raise the generator off the ground due to occasional flooding issues. The generator is 45' from the house and I made a 65' cord from 10/4 flexible wire. The shelf holds gas cans and a ladder that will be locked with a steel cable. I plan to install a fire extinguisher just in case.
