Sys-Parameters are nonlinear behavioral RF system parameters such as Gain, P1dB, Noise Figure, IP2, IP3 and VSWR of system blocks such as amplifiers and mixers. Sys-Parameters are typical specs of RF system components found datasheets that can vary over frequency, temperature and bias.
