I had an issue with Genie S-40 not starting sometimes, with strange symptoms not covered in trouble shooting guides. I checked oil sensor, temp sending unit , the 15 amp breaker sometimes would trip. So symptoms were from A-Z and didn't point to a specific component and on the next try to start it would. Then I found my problem..........watch the video.
