Probably the toughest video shoot I’ve been through so far. A mission to get the shots we had in mind, in a never ending, bustling city, almost constantly jammed with traffic. We had the idea, but no local contact, nothing planned, not one location set ahead of time. DIY. All that in 40C+ weather, in a shirt and jacket I found in thrift shops in Bangkok (Jatujak Market) and Chiang Mai (Love 70’s) (both great spots). For the last few days, we flew to a small island in the Andaman Sea called Koh Mook. Low key and not too busy. I highly recommend it. The kids we met there were too funny, I’m happy they get to see themselves in the music video of an international superstar :) C.A.Y.A. stands for Come As You Are, a message or reminder to remain real, true to yourself and humble."
