This hack requires root permissions to run. To do this:
1) Open Terminal (search for it in launchpad).
2) Type "sudo" and drag NoClip onto it.
3) Hit return and enter your password, then hit return again.
If you're having the "command not found issue" try:
1) open terminal.
2) typing "chmod +x DRAG_NOCLIP_HERE" then hitting enter (you only need to do this once).
3) then try running as usual, so "sudo DRAG_NOCLIP_HERE" and entering your pass.
