Gesture Sensing With PIO and Nothing Else

This is just copper pads hooked up directly to gpio, and PIO state machines reading tiny changes in capacitance... without any "real" analog circuitry. (Credit to @matthiasrandomstuff2221 I stole his pico-femtofarad code and made it into a 3D gesture sensing thing.)
