Quest 1: Return 1 Decayed venom maw -The decayed rod can be found in the grove its on a small rock surrounded by the pool and the venom maw will only appear at toxic boils which'll spawn every 60 seconds for 30 seconds.(duration of the toxic boil) Quest 2:Return 1 Blight Idol -Just follow the wiki and use Coal for bait and pray you hook it I suggest Toxinburst rod since the passive can work but only for a low percentage however it says return not catch so ill just assume you could ask a player for a trade Quest 3:Return 1 Noxious Rotbloom -This where you're gonna need that Toxinburst rod but also use Luminous Larva or Thorn clusters as bait, luck potion or Merlin's luck and aurora then again it says return not catch so same assumption. Quest 4:Perfect Catch a wither bloom and pay 13.75mil -How to spawn a witherbloom? Spawn a Rotbloom then use you blight idol.(The plagued Reaper gives you one after the 3rd quest) I did say use Toxicspire + Herculean since its your best bet but you could try Pinion's aria if you're bold enough or maybe Tidemourner + Invincible could work.
