Getting Back to Normal

So... I have covid, again. Started out the week feeling pretty good. Had a decent restful weekend last week and rolled into Monday knowing there were some challenges. Ended up having to switch hit and busting butt for an 11+ hour day. Thought that was fine I knew how it was going to roll. Then midnight hit and my fever climbed. My home test confirmed that things had hit the fan. Tuesday was miserable and my doc confirmed I did have the crap and that I would be down for a bit. Wednesday was about the same and yesterday I finally woke without a fever (well, not much of one). Still felt tired and cruddy but noticeably better. Last night I slept hard. Today I felt the urge to shower and clean up, and though I feel the best I have since Monday, I have no energy left after that. So I took the time to play with some footage I found last weekend from earlier this summer that I had yet to make into anything and frankly, forgot I had. It's from the Gallatin river, the same area I had shown you the flood waters around. The river was down to its normal levels here.Look out for the birds I didn't even notice until editing. Some of the other footage is simply stuff I took that slipped my mind at points through June and July. This week we had a cold front push through so not only am I slowly creeping towards normal, the temperatures are in addition to the water levels. See you all on the other side.
