Getting close to Eider ducks.

Seahouses in Northumberland is a well known destination for wildlife photographers heading to the Farne Islands in the summer months. It is also a wonderful place to photograph Eider ducks in the winter or early spring. They are exceptionally tame here and their display in February and March wonderful to watch and photograph.
