Once the warp is beamed, I continue to dress the loom. First, I thread the warp threads through heddles on the appropriate shafts. Next, I sley the threads by placing them through the reed. After moving the reed and shafts into position, I tie the warp onto the front tie bar and tie the shafts to the lamms and treadles.
