The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to take photos at her wedding, but she claims the color was off and her skin looks so patchy it appears as though she had third-degree burns. She’s suing for the money she paid the defendant, as well as emotional distress. The defendant says he could re-edit the photos, but he’s dealing with some computer issues.
