GIMP | Censor an Image (Pixelize Filter)

An update to my previous Pixelize Filter video. Today we will use the Pixelize Filter to create a censor on our image. These effect is incredibly easy and produces a clean effect every time. Using selections allow us to pinpoint areas of the photograph we want to pixelize and censor.
