hey guys it's Ben. I made a video to use the free project management tools on github rather than using Trello, Asana, Targetprocess, Wrike and other project managment software.
Really it became a necessity since I use the github enterprise at work and we don't really want to pay for more project management tool integrations.
This management uses an Agile methodology with no real framework like Scrum or Extreme Programming.
Issues are considered "Features", the Project is considered the "Kanban Board", and the milestone is a replacement to a "Burndown Chart". The milestone isn't as graphically pleasing as a burndown chart, but remains a way to let others now how well the sprint is going.
